Only what you type into it:

• Your name, phone number and email address, all required so we can quote.
• Which service it is about, and when and where the job is, all optional.
• Whatever you write in the message box.
• How you found the site on this visit: the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link and the first page you landed on. It is held in the page while you browse, never stored on your device, and sent only if you submit the form.

Your IP address is recorded with the enquiry. It is used only to investigate abuse of the form and is never used to identify you or included in anything the crew reads day to day.

To quote and reply. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked for a quote and answering is the obvious and expected use of what you sent. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Nobody buys it, nobody rents it. Enquiries are stored with our website provider, Nimble Dingo, and the notification email is delivered through their email service. Both act on our instructions only.

Two years from your enquiry, so a returning client can be quoted against the last job. Ask at any time and it will be deleted sooner.

Every visit is counted by a first-party counter that records a timestamp, an event name (a page view, a tap on a WhatsApp, email or call link, or a sent enquiry) and the page path. It records no IP address, no device identifier, no browser details and no referrer, sets no cookie, and needs no consent because nothing in it can identify a person.

If you press Accept on the cookie banner, the site loads Google Analytics and, once our advertising account is set up, the Google Ads tag. Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_R5E26R18W7, which last up to two years; the Google Ads tag adds _gcl_au, which lasts 90 days. They send Google your page views and your taps on the WhatsApp, email and call links and the enquiry form, together with details of your browser and device and an approximate location. We use this to see which pages and which adverts lead to enquiries. We do not use it to show you personalised adverts. Google may process this data in the United States; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services. Analytics data is kept for two months.

The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawing stops it straight away and removes the Google Analytics cookies this site set in your browser.

If you press Reject, or do nothing, none of this loads and no cookie is set. The site remembers your answer on your device (one entry named nd_consent) so it does not ask on every page. You can change it at any time: Change your cookie choice.

The spam check on the enquiry form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs only on the contact page. Videos on the site are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player and load nothing until you press play.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Email enquiries@flexxed.co.uk. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
