It depends on the length of the shoot, how many of the crew you need, and what you want back at the end: a single after-movie, a set of vertical social cuts, or both. We do not publish a rate card because a two-hour club night and a three-day festival are not the same job. Send the date, the venue and what you need and you will get a fast, fixed quote with travel included, so there are no surprises later.
It depends on what the film has to do. The honest variables are shoot days, locations, how many people are interviewed, and how many versions you need back: one main film, or a main film plus a short for the pitch deck and vertical cuts for social. We do not publish a rate card, because a single interview and a two-day brand film are not the same job. Tell us what it is for and you will get a fixed quote, with travel included, fast.
One team, from the first call to the last cut. The brief: what the film has to do, who it is for and where it will be watched. That decides everything after it. The plan: locations, people, questions for interviews and a shot list, agreed before anyone picks up a camera. The shoot: the same crew that planned it, with the cameras, audio and lighting the brief needs, on site from Manchester to Preston or in our Darwen studio. The edit: the main film first, then the cuts: a website version, a short for the deck and verticals for the feed.
Once it is filmed, the standard edit is delivered in 5 working days, with a 48 hours express option when a launch date will not move. Planning before the shoot depends on how many people and locations are involved. Give us the deadline when you enquire and we will say plainly whether it is achievable.
Planning, the crew on the day, 4K cameras, professional audio and lighting, then the edit, colour grade, captions, titles and motion graphics, all done in house. You get the main film plus the cuts it needs, such as a website version and vertical social cuts, as full-resolution masters in a shared Google Drive folder, cleared for your business to use.
Yes. We are a video production company based in Darwen, and Manchester, Preston, Blackburn and Bolton are all regular for corporate work, as is further afield. Travel is a line on the quote, never added afterwards.
Yes. We are based in Darwen and work worldwide. Blackburn, Bolton, Preston, Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool, Burnley, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham and London are all regular. Travel and any accommodation are quoted upfront as a line on the quote, never added on afterwards.
Standard edits are delivered in 5 working days. If you need it sooner, there is a 48 hours express option. Tell us the deadline when you book and we will say plainly whether it is achievable before you commit.
Everything lands in a shared Google Drive folder: the full-resolution masters and the social cuts, organised so you can find the vertical version for a story without asking. You can share the folder with your team or your client straight away.
Yes. Vertical social cuts are part of how we shoot, not an afterthought: we frame for them on the night and deliver them alongside the main edit. If you only want socials and no long-form film, say so and the quote will reflect that.
4K multi-camera coverage, gimbals for moving shots through a crowd, professional audio, and studio lighting where the job needs it. The kit is chosen per shoot: a festival main stage and a podcast recording do not want the same setup.
Often, yes. The honest variables are locations, how many shoot days, and how much of the look is built in the edit rather than on set. Bring the track and a rough idea and we will tell you what is possible for what you have, rather than quoting for something you cannot use.
Aerial photography and videography is one of our services. Every aerial shoot is planned around the location first, because some sites, city centres and event grounds have airspace restrictions. If a location cannot be flown, we tell you before the day, not on it.
The studio is a fully equipped space for podcasts, live streams and filming, and it can be hired with or without our team operating it. If you have never recorded before, having one of us in the room for the first session is usually the difference between a good episode and a re-record. Ask and we will suggest which option fits.
A set space built for multi-camera video podcasts, live broadcast and YouTube content, with professional audio and lighting already in place. You bring the conversation. The photos on the studio page are the actual room, not a stock image of someone else’s.
As early as you have a date. Friday and Saturday nights and festival weekends go first, and a four-person team can only be in so many places. A short-notice booking is still worth a WhatsApp on 07961 030445, because sometimes the date is free.
It depends on how many people, whether we shoot in the studio or at your place of work, and how many edited images each person needs. We quote per booking rather than per face, so a whole team is not ten separate bills. Tell us the headcount and the date and you will get a fixed quote, fast.
Edited selects follow the same turnaround as the rest of our work: 5 working days as standard, with a 48 hours express option if a website launch or a press release will not wait.
Edited selects for every person, with the same backdrop, light and framing across the whole team, delivered in a shared Google Drive folder at full resolution and cleared for your website, LinkedIn, press and print.
Either. The Darwen studio has the backdrop and lighting ready to go, which suits a small team. For a bigger team it is often easier for us to come to you, so nobody loses a morning to travel. Tell us where and how many and we will suggest which works.
It depends on how many products, how many angles of each, and whether you want clean shots on white for a listing or lit, styled sets for ads and social. There is no rate card; send the list and what the pictures are for and you will get a fixed quote.
Edited images are delivered in 5 working days as standard, or 48 hours on the express option when a launch date is fixed.
Edited, full-resolution images of every product and angle agreed, cropped for where they are going, such as square for a shop listing and vertical for stories, delivered in a shared Google Drive folder.
Most product work is shot in the Darwen studio, where the lightbox, the white sweep and the coloured light are already set up. Large items or products that only make sense in place, such as a shop fit or a vehicle, we shoot on site.
Both. Portrait sessions run in our studio in Darwen town centre, with versatile backdrops and controlled lighting, and are deliberately relaxed and personal rather than a conveyor belt. On-location work covers events, promo shoots and aerial photography.
No. Unless agreed otherwise, all footage captured by Flexxed remains the property of Flexxed Multimedia Group LTD. Full rights to the footage can be purchased, but we recommend discussing this with us before filming so it can be agreed and included in your quote.
Four people in house who plan, shoot, photograph, record and edit under one roof, a studio in Darwen, and a track record of nightlife and festival coverage across the North West, with 21 reviews on Facebook and a 100% recommend rate. A freelancer can be excellent; a crew can be in three places at once.
Yes. Drone is its own service line: aerial videography and aerial photography, on location across Lancashire and the North West. Every aerial job is planned around the site first, because some grounds and venues sit under airspace restrictions and you want to know that before the day rather than on it. Send the location with your enquiry and we will check it before we quote. Aerial is usually delivered alongside ground footage as part of a bigger shoot, but it can be booked on its own.
Yes. The studio is a film studio and a photography studio, and it holds a green screen and custom film sets as well as the podcast desk and the vocal booth. You can hire the room with our crew operating, or on your own if you would rather run it yourself. Content creation days, where you shoot several things back to back in one booking, are what the space gets used for most.
Yes. Multi-camera live streaming runs out of the studio, switched live rather than cut afterwards, and that covers DJ set streaming and online shows and broadcasts. Tell us where it needs to go out to and how long it runs, and that is most of the quote.
Yes. There is a treated recording booth, which is a real vocal booth rather than a corner of a room. It covers vocal recording and voiceover recording, and mixing and mastering can be added if you want to leave with something finished rather than raw files.
Both. Podcast recording, multi-camera podcast filming and podcast editing and post-production are all available, and you can take any part of that on its own. Plenty of people record with us and edit themselves. Plenty of others hand the whole thing over and get episodes back cut, captioned and ready to publish.
Video editing, colour grading, motion graphics, animation, and captions and titles. It is all done in house by the same four people who filmed the job, which is the reason the turnaround is what it is: nothing waits in a queue at a third party, and if a note comes back on an edit it goes to the person who shot it.
